Let's Make Daily Routines Feel Less Stressful!
Welcome to our group Stress-Free Daily Routines (Real Parent Tips)!😅 Let’s be real—daily routines with kids don’t always feel “routine.”
Some days it’s:• rushing through mornings• struggling at bedtime• repeating yourself 10 times• feeling like nothing is sticking
This space is for real parents figuring it out day by day.
Here, we share: routines that actually work simple ideas that make life easier honest struggles (no judgment here)
You don’t have to be perfect here—just real.
Let’s start:What part of your daily routine feels the most stressful right now?
For me, mornings used to feel like pure chaos. Waking the kids up, making sure they brushed their teeth, got fully dressed, ate breakfast, packed lunches, and didn’t forget anything… while I’m trying not to forget my own stuff—like my keys or realizing I’m still in house slippers with my work clothes
And somehow still trying to squeeze in a quick prayer before walking out the door… it used to be a lot.
I’d love to hear—what part of your mornings feels the most overwhelming right now? 🤗
